The promoter of the competition is Intech Credit Union Limited (incorporating Telstra Credit Union) ABN 70 087 650 191 AFSL & ACL 236779 located at Ground Floor, 599 Pacific Highway, St Leonards NSW 2065. Employees of Intech Credit Union and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter. |
| 3. Entry into the competition is automatic once the member successfully takes out the Home Loan during the promotional period. All valid entries will be placed in the draw. |
| 4. Members of Intech and Telstra Credit Union have the chance to win one of four $2,000 Freedom gift vouchers. Total prize value is $8,000 |
| 5. Members must be over 18 years of age to be eligible to enter the competition. |
| 6. Members will receive one entry into the draw for each approved Home Loan they take out during the promotion period. |
| 7. The competition commences 9.00 am (AEST) on Monday 14 February 2011 and concludes at 11.59 pm (AEST) on Monday 13 June 2011. |
| 8. The competition will be drawn manually. The winners will be randomly selected by a lucky draw at Intech Credit Union, 599 Pacific Highway, St Leonards NSW 2065. The draws will take place on the following dates: |

| 9. Each winner will be notified by telephone and in writing on the same day as draw. Winner will be published on Intech Credit Union’s website, www.intechcu.com.au on the day following each draw as well as the Credit Union’s monthly e-Newsletter, “e-Intouch”. Dates of newsletters: |

| All four winners will be published in The Australian newspaper on 21 June 2011. |
| 10. Prizes will be posted to an address as nominated by the lucky winner on the same day as each draw. |
| 11. Should an unclaimed prize draw be necessary, the redraw for any unclaimed prizes will be held on Wednesday 14 September at 1:00pm. The redraw will take place by lucky draw at Intech Credit Union, 599 Pacific Highway St Leonards NSW 2065. The winner/s of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by calling and writing on the same day as the redraw as well as being published on Intech Credit Union’s website, www.intechcu.com.au on Thursday, 15 September 2011 and will also be announced in the Credit Union’s monthly e-Newsletter, “e-Intouch” to be published 11 October 2011. Winner/s will also be published in The Australian newspaper on 20 September 2011. |
| 12. The winner consents to the use of their name, suburb of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes and agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter. |
