Our Split Loan allows you to fix the annual percentage rate for part of your loan for 1, 2 or 3 years and keep the balance variable. The fixed rate portion is secure from rising interest rates, while the variable rate portion still lets you make additional repayments and get access to a redraw facility.

Choose to split between Classic Home Loan and Fixed Rate Home Loan, 100% Mortgage Offset or Interest Only Loans.
