Allianz Landlords Cover safeguards both your property and the revenue it generates by covering up to 15 weeks default on rent; and up to 6 weeks rental default cover is also provided for the departure of a tenant without notice. Allianz will also provide protection against malicious damage legal expenses and cover your legal liability as the owner of the insured investment property.
