Internet banking gives you 24/7 access to:

  • Current balances: Look up your accounts at any time.
  • Transaction records: Check your latest transactions.
  • Online statements: View your latest statement for savings accounts or your Titanium Visa credit card. Check transactions, review charges and due dates.
  • Update details: Review your contact and account details and make any necessary updates.

With Internet Banking you can:

Pay bills: Settle accounts with over 10,000 registered billers via BPAY. Check your bill for the BPAY logo, enter the BPAY Biller Code and follow the easy directions. Make once-only or regular payments and set a payment for a future date.
  • Pay anyone: Use the Funds Transfer option to make payments to individuals or businesses which hold accounts at most financial institutions. You can make a one-off transfer (either immediate or future-dated) or a regular transfer.
  • Pay your Titanium Visa credit card account, make additional payments to your personal, car or home loan account: Just enter the account number from which the payment is to be made, the account to be paid and the amount.
  • Register with ease: Fill out the registration form and we will contact you personally to set up your password and introduce you to the system.

Internet Banking Transfer Confirmation Emails

You now have the option to have an automated email sent to a registered email address to confirm a variety of transactions from your Internet Banking session.

Events that can be set to trigger a notification email are:

  • Internal Transfers (within membership)
  • Internal Transfers (other memberships)
  • External Transfers
  • BPAY Payments
  • Loan Redraws

Keeping you better informed of your fund movements helps the credit union further protect your hard earned money from fraud .

To set up your Internet Banking Transfer Confirmation Emails, log into Internet Banking, go to ‘Tools’ on the top menu then ‘User Preferences’. From here you can nominate the email address to receive notifications and select the events you would like to be notified of.
